Ingredients :
1 Chopped tomato
2 Cup Pasta
2 Table spoon basil leaf
2 Cup Pasta

Salt to taste
Recipe :
Keep water and the pasta in a bowl to boil.
Add little salt. (Optional. You can add it later at the end). If you add salt earlier then the pasta will cook faster and salt will be evenly disturbed over pasta.Once it is cooked as shown, drain the water and set aside.
Now in a pan add 1 tb spoon oil and heat it.
Add ginger garlic paste to the oil.
Grind the tomato, red chilli powder and salt.
Cook it for about 5 mins.
Now add 2 tb spoon basil and cheese.
Cook for 10 more mins.
Now add the pasta that was set aside.
Cook for 2 mins.
Pasta is ready to serve. Add chopped coriander leaf to garnish.
