Alloo Palya(Potatoe Sabji)



Ingredients: 

2 large cooked potatoes
1 Chopped onion
3-4 Chopped green chillies 
5-6 Curry leaves
1 Tea spoon cumin seeds
1 Tea spoon mustard seeds
2 Tea Spoon urad dal
2 Tea Spoon gram dal
1/2 cup peas
3 Table spoon oil
1/2 Table spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste





Recipe


Cook the potatoes and smash it to form cube shape.
Take a pan/vessel and put 3 tb spoon oil.
Once the oil is hot enough add mustard seeds.
After the mustard seeds starts spluttering add cumin seeds.
Now add urad dal, gran dal and ground nut.
Cook this till it turns brown.
Now add curry leaves and peas.
Now add chopped onion and chopped chilli.
Now add salt. 
Once the onion is cooked or turns light brown then add turmeric powder.
Now add the cooked potatoes that was set aside and mix well.
Alloo Sabji is ready to serve. 
It is well served with dosa/chapathi.
