Vegetable Cutlet



Ingredients :

1 Chopped carrot
7-8 Chopped beans
1 Sweet corn (separate the corn) or green peas
2 large cooked and smashed potatoes
1 chopped onions
5-6 Curry leaves
1 Tea spoon cumin seeds
1 Tea spoon mustard seeds
1 table spoon chat masala(optional)
1 table spoon red chili powder
2 table spoon of all purpose flour
Bread crumbs 
Oil to fry
Salt to taste 

Recipe :

Keep water and all chopped vegetables in a bowl to boil. 
Add salt to taste. (Optional. You can add it later at the end). If you add salt earlier then the vegetables will cook faster. 


Once the vegetables are cooked then drain the water completely and keep the cooked vegetables aside.
Take a pan/vessel and put 3 tb spoon oil.
Once the oil is hot enough add mustard seeds.
After the mustard seeds starts spluttering add cumin seeds.
Now add curry leaves.
Now add chopped onion.
When the onion's turn brown add the cooked vegetables.
Add chili powder, salt and chat masala now.
Cook for a minute. 
Mix this with the smashed potatoes. Make an oval or round shape out of it.
In a pan keep oil to fry. 
In a small bowl add all purpose flour and water.Mix both of it well. 



Now dip the round shaped vegetable mixture into all purpose flour mixture and then cover it with bread crumbs and deep fry.
Vegetable Cutlet is  ready to serve. It is well served with tomato sauce.
