2 Cups soaked sabu(drain all the water properly)
1 Cup roasted groundnut powder
1/2 Chopped onions
3-4 Chopped green chillies
1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
5-6 Curry leaves
4-5 Table Spoon oil
1/2 Tea Spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Recipe
Add oil in a pan and allow it to heat.
Add oil in a pan and allow it to heat.
Once the oil is hot enough then add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
Mix all of them properly.
Now add the salt and turmeric powder.
Now add the roasted groundnut powder.
Add the soaked sabu and mix all the ingredients well.
Keep stirring 2-3 mins once.
After 10mins take little sabu and see if it is cooked well.
Now switch off the gas.
Sabudane khichdi is ready to serve.
