Mangalore Bajji(Golibaje)




Ingredients:
1/2 cup curd
1 cup maida
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp baking soda(optional)
2 finely chopped green chilies
1 tb spoon finely chopped ginger
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
Recipe
Mix all the ingredients to form a thick batter. 
Make sure there is no lumps formed. 
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. 
Take the batter in your hand in the form of a round shape and put it in the oil pan.
Remove the bajji's once they turn golden brown.
Bajji's are well served with coconut chutney.
