Carrot Sabji (Carrot Palya)





Ingredients:

2-3 grated carrot
1 chopped onion
4-5 chopped green chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3-4 curry leaves
Salt to taste
2-3 tb spoon oil
1 cup water

Recipe

Take a pan/vessel and put 1-3 tb spoon oil.
Once the oil is hot enough add mustard seeds.
After the mustard seeds starts spluttering add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Now added chopped onion and chopped chilli.
Add the grated carrot.
Add 1 cup water(or just little amount of water that is enough for carrot to cook).
Once the carrot is cooked add turmeric powder.
Carrot sabji is ready to serve.
