Ingredients:
1 cup bengal gram flour
1 cup rice flour
1 chopped onion
1 tb spoon salt
1 tb spoon chilli powder
1/2 tb spoon carom seeds
1/4 spoon eating soda (this is optional)
1 and 1/2 cup water
Recipe:
Mix all the ingredients well with water including chopped onion.(Make sure batter is not too thin)
Make sure there is no lumps formed.
Keep oil in a frying vessel and heat it.
Customize:
You can prepare same with mirchi/chilli.
You can prepare same with ridge gourd.
