Ingredients:
1 cup bengal gram flour
1 cup rice flour
4 large Mirchi/Chilli's
1 tb spoon salt
1 tb spoon chilli powder
1/2 tb spoon carom seeds
1/4 spoon eating soda (this is optional)
1 and 1/2 cup water
Recipe:
Chop the mirchi from the centre into two pieces.
Mix all the ingredients well with water.(Make sure batter is not too thin)
Make sure there is no lumps formed.
Keep oil in a frying vessel and heat it.
Dip the Mirchi/Chilli in batter and deep fry it in oil.
Customize:
You can prepare same with onion's.
You can prepare same with ridge gourd.
